September 11th Response

The Guild of Oregon Woodworkers is organizing a program to build commemorative flag cases for families of the victims of the September 11th attacks. The program is described at http://guildoforegonwoodworkers.com Plans for the cases are on the site, too.

The site has an update dated 30 September that says "Update - Many thanks for your response..... Until we have everything in place do not make any boxes. We have the central warehouse for receiving and shipping but we do not have the contacts in Wash DC or NYC. We may also be asking you to send the finished boxes to a guild/club/organization in your state so that our sponsor doesn't have to receive from all the individual craftsmen who have responded to this effort. There are literally thousands of woodworkers who have responded and we want everyone to be able to participate."

HOW SHALL WE AT BAWA RESPOND TO THIS CALL? LET'S DISCUSS AT THE MEETING.
