Next Meeting

Sunday, February 15th, at 6:00
Location: Port Room, upstairs Foster City Public Libary
1000 E Hillsdale Blvd., Foster City, CA 94404

Program

We will have two speakers for our February meeting:
Lloyd Worthington-Levy is presenting a recent build of a Tansu personal storage chest. Based on an article in Fine Woodworking magazine, he has kept the basic design, but has modified details. Although it looks simple, there were a variety of challenges in this build.

Erik Roise will present his creations that mix wooden and machined metallic components. Some can be made with (relatively) simple and inexpensive manual machine tools. He has also built out a new workshop and will feature a custom guided Moxon vise, dust collection system, etc.

Plus: member Show and Tell, and in-person chat with fellow woodworkers
