The main event at most meetings is the featured presentation or demonstrations by one of our experts in BAWA or by a distinguished guest speaker.
These presentations can be on any woodworking related topic.
Recent guest speaker topics we have included Chinese furniture design, California hardwoods, steam bending, the making of Windsor chairs and vacuum kiln drying.
Member presentations have included router techniques, hand plan sharpening cabinet construction using dowel joints, vacuum bending and vacuum kiln drying.
