Jamie Buxton, our presenter for the evening is a life-long woodworker who has been a BAWA member for seven years. Through the years, he has contributed many articles to the Saw Mill Creek Woodworking Forums www.sawmillcreek.org and to Fine Woodworking. He built his first vacuum press fifteen years ago, and hasn't looked back. He regularly uses a vacuum press to do flat and curved veneering, and to laminate thicker lumber. At the meeting, he'll be demonstrating the use of a vacuum press to make molded plywood and bent laminations. We are fortunate to have Jamie not only as a member but a skilled woodworker as well. Hopefully, we'll also have a tool also a tech and a library talk. Show and Tell is always welcome. Bring them on!
