Here is an article from Inside Santa Clara, a quarterly newspaper for Santa Clara residents and businesses. Summer 2006 edition.

Craig Mineweaser honored as outstanding volunteer

Craig Mineweaser, who provided volunteer architectural consultant services to the City of Santa Clara Historical and Landmarks Commission for more than 25 years, was honored at the Junior League's 37th Annual Volunteer Recognition Luncheon in April.

The event acknowledges the contributions of outstanding volunteers throughout Santa Clara County.

Craig volunteered an average of at least 200 hours a year and contributed his time and expertise in the restoration and preservation of the Women's Club Adobe, Berryessa Adobe, Headen-lnman House, Jamison-Brown House and other projects.

A professional architect with Mineweaser & Associates, he also volunteered his professional services to the American Institute of Architects, the California Preservation Foundation, and the Association for Preservation Technology. ''Craig's professional skills and dedication helped to preserve and maintain important landmarks and structures of Santa Clara's past," said Director of Planning & Inspection Kevin Riley. ''He has creatively fused his love of historic structures and his knowledge of architecture to find innovative solutions to complex problems. His contributions to the community have significantly changed our City.''
