Well this is it, my last column. This has been the hardest part of the job and I won't miss it a bit. I'd rather be woodworking than writing any day. Otherwise, the job's not bad. Actually, everyone should be a club officer for at least one year. It's good for you and good for the club.

Are you looking forward to the Christmas dinner? I am. This is a great way to end our year. Robbie and Connie have been working hard to make it special for us. Don't forget to bring a gift (or two if your spouse wants to join in) for the gift exchange. Last year, we had a lot of fun "stealing" gifts.

This is not only my last but I think my shortest column. After two years, I find I have run out of things to write.
