Every year Jamie Buxton organizes a BAWA contest to see who can come up with the most creative thing made from a single length of 8f ft. long 2 x 4 construction lumber. Above are some of the entries from our 2018 contest.

One of the secrets of the contest is to fund the "perfect: 2 x 4; which means hunting through the stack of 2 x4s at Home Depot every time you visit to hopefully you find the perfect piece; an all year round activity.
